Just got Celtic Broadband installed last week and fantastic!
Great improvement on eircom speeds and saving €22 a month.
Now we have broadband for less than we were paying for line rental with eircom.
Thanks Celtic

We have had Celtic Broadband for over a year now also moving from WTS and are very happy with the service. Reliability is far better than with WTS and I can only recount one break in service for about 2 hours we were contacted and told that there was a problem and engineers were working on a repair. I must say one break in service that was fixed quickly in over a year is far better than other wireless broadband we had in the past. Support is very helpful and they are providing service in an area otherwise not covered.

I have had this service for a good few months now as I was a customer of WTS Broadband. To be fair, when I got the service it was a lot better than WTS however over the last few months, the service is no better than what I had with WTS, in fact, over the last month or so, my service is worse than I ever had with WTS. in the morning when it is quiet, I can get over 1meg but come 5pm, the maximum I get is around 200-300Kb. I contacted their customer service and the guy was helpful but I really do not think they have the experience or knowledge to do what they are doing. There is currently nothing else available in my area but I have contacted another operator who is very interested in putting in a repeater to serve my area. The other operator tells me that he thinks that they have very limited capacity which is oversold resulting in poor speeds. Unless this service improves, both myself and my 4 friends will be moving and supporting the new operator in getting an alternative service up and running.
