Their satellite broadband is terrible. I have tooway pacakage with 60GB data limit. We had it for a week and half and they cut us off. We rang them up and they said we exceeded our usage limit of 60GB. There is also meant to be free usage between 11pm and 7am what they don’t tell you when they are selling it to you is that it’s UTC time so really it’s free between 12pm and 8am. In my experience it’s a waste of money as you are afraid to use it incase you exceed the data allowance. If you live in an area with good cellular coverage you are better off with a 3g or 4g internet connection if you can’t get good cable or fibre broadband in your area. Also if you terminate the contract there’s a €100 cancellation fee.
100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I was customer with Digiweb for more than 7 years. I experienced lots of disruptions last 6 months and worked with customer support and 2nd line to see what the issue is, as an IT specialist working from home I cannot afford too much interruptions. I concluded that the routers that Digiweb are offering are not really reliable (FritzBox). I wanted to work with my own hardware (router and modem), but the girl at tech support refused to provide me the correct technical information (passwords, vendor ID string, etc) to get my modem working. She demanded me to renew my contract before she could offer that information. I turned things around and told her I will renew my contract if Digiweb provides me the info but she refused. I asked her to hand over her manager on the phone be she said “maybe next week”. After an hour I had a new contract with another ISP. If this is how Digiweb is respecting their customers, I will have no business with them.
