I have to say I was very disappointed with Perlico, we were on a 3mb package for the price of one when we first joined, however everytime we logged on, the broadband would disconnect constantly for no reason, and when I got through to the customer service rep, he just suggested downgrading to 1 mn instead-No help at all! So we didn’t go with that, when I rang up again regarding the same problem, I was a nominated ocntact and the bil was in my father’s name, they claimed I was not down on the list of nominated names, even though I had contacted them before and confirmed my name!
Whenever you phone them up, they are not that helpful, they don’t offer any support, another time they overcharged us! So, in the end we went to UTV Internet and we find them much more helpful, although they are unavailable at weekends.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in slating Perlico and saying that they provide a very poor service.

Internet is constantly disconnecting is so unbelievably slow last time I had internet this slow I was using dial up

connection crap, can only play games online 4 about 25 mins de it drops, just a disgrace but i dont see anything wrong wit the customer service

where do I start as nearly every other person has said STAY AWAY FROM PERLICO they are a bunch of cowboys biggest mistake I ever done was listened to other people who told me try Perlico when I was with Eircom as it has been stated the internet keeps dropping at least every 10minutes

i would not even rate them they are so bad. The worst internet connection i have ever had , constantly the internet is down ive never seen it so bad in my life !!!!!!

really really bad service internet randomly loses connection and speed is so slow, Phoned them telling them that i only had 0.50 download speed they done their own teat and said they were supplying me with 8.00 download speed. blames everything from my modem ,pc to telephone point.Ask them how was it that last week everything was fine, They said if they sent someone out to check and the problem was mine they would charge me 130euros. My previous statement doubled in price because they said i downloaded 44gb which left me dumbfounded as i have been having problems getting online, they told me to change modem password because of there was a chance someone was using my line.
basically they are a licenced cowboy ripping customers off by poor service and overcharging them

Connections drops intermittent and router does not get IP assigned.

Overview of used traffic volume does not work for months now. Same for the online bill, as it cannot be opened.

If you don’t require a reliable internet connection, it’s ok probably. Otherwise you might look for another ISP.

Absolutely dreadful, was with for many months and was a living nightmare, messed up nearly every bill, customer services know nothing and some cases didnt want to know…

Still waiting for ‘on-line’ statements 18-months after starting service. I keep phoning, and Perlico keep saying they’ve sent them. Where? Not to my mail box. I haven’t paid them, and they’ve now disconnected me. Phoned again; told Perlico I’m cancelling the contract, asked for final bill to be posted to me. Perlico say they’ve emailed it. Again, no bill. Now had final demand from collection company. Phoned Perlico, asked to speak to customer accounts. Perlico say I should email my query. How can I now they’ve disconnected me?

PERLICO ARE RUBBISH, A COMPANY RUN BY CONGENITAL IDIOTS. DON’T LISTEN TO ANY OF THE ‘POSITIVE’ COMMENTS POSTED HERE, THEY’RE NO DOUBT WRITTEN BY PERLICO EMPLOYEES TO BOOST THEIR ROTTEN IMAGE.
