		<description>I have to say I was very disappointed with Perlico, we were on a 3mb package for the price of one when we first joined, however everytime we logged on, the broadband would disconnect constantly for no reason, and when I got through to the customer service rep, he just suggested downgrading to 1 mn instead-No help at all! So we didn&#039;t go with that, when I rang up again regarding the same problem, I was a nominated ocntact and the bil was in my father&#039;s name, they claimed I was not down on the list of nominated names, even though I had contacted them before and confirmed my name! 
Whenever you phone them up, they are not that helpful, they don&#039;t offer any support, another time they overcharged us! So, in the end we went to UTV Internet and we find them much more helpful, although they are unavailable at weekends. 
I have no hesitation whatsoever in slating Perlico and saying that they provide a very poor service.</description>

		<description>really really bad service internet randomly loses connection and speed is so slow, Phoned them telling them that i only had 0.50 download speed they done their own teat and said they were supplying me with 8.00 download speed. blames everything from my modem ,pc to telephone point.Ask them how was it that last week everything was fine, They said if they sent someone out to check and the problem was mine they would charge me 130euros. My previous statement doubled in price because they said i downloaded 44gb which left me dumbfounded as i have been having problems getting online, they told me to change modem password because of there was a chance someone was using my line.

I haven&#039;t paid them, and they&#039;ve now disconnected me. Phoned again; told Perlico I&#039;m cancelling the contract, asked for final bill to be posted to me. Perlico say they&#039;ve emailed it. Again, no bill. Now had final demand from collection company. Phoned Perlico, asked to speak to customer accounts. Perlico say I should email my query. How can I now they&#039;ve disconnected me?
