With very few services on offer in rural locations in West Cork, RapidBroadband offers an excellent service that is well needed, prices are good and service is good even if the speeds are low in comparison to international standards, I expect Rapid to increase these down the line. I would highly recommend this company.

crap service poor customer support & bad coverage areas. I will never buy rapid again!

I was quite nervous about paying for a wireless service, but went with rapid as they were the only provider available to me apart from Eircom, and from previous experience I wouldn’t touch them! I have however, been happily surprised by the service, which is better than any I have previously had. Technicians and staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Service is very reliable, and speeds advertised are those received. A few minor problems were tackled quickly and efficiently. Telephone support is comprehensive and helpful. I have used the business 2M and landline package, and can’t find fault with them.
