I have to agree with Maryrose. I have never meet a more arrogant person in my life.
When I told him I was not getting the service I was paying for he ([name removed by ratemyisp admin]) told me he didn’t care and if I was not happy to go elsewhere.Again he gave the poor mouth and the business was just not worth the hassle and “it was the joy of owning the business he could do what ever he wanted.” I told him to stick his poor service and would advise anyone to go elsewhere because this man just does not care about anyone only himself.

Comreg are a useless and ineffective bunch. Don’t waste your time.
They take whatever response the company (any and every telecommunications company complains of) and the customer making the complaint is told to **** off.
My experience.
Comreg are fully operating as part of the banjaxed telecoms so-called industry and will not endorse any bad press of their buddies.

We have been paying the 35 Euro monthly fee even though the connection is was below the specified speeds on their website.
The customer service is unbelievably poor and to boot if your lucky enough to get John (the guy in charge of the shambles of an operation on the phone) he is at best rude and often arrogant.
Occasional drops of service are understandable in the context of wireless relays in rural locations but overcharging on a substandard service are not.
I am sorry to say I have been left with no option but to submit a complaint with comreg and would honestly advise anyone else not to use this service.
[Name removed by ratemyisp owner]‘s response to this (to paraphrase) was that he didn’t give a **** about Comreg and would probably be out of business within a month anyway -( I wonder why?)
